X-Ray Crystallography Lab Services

The X-ray crystallography laboratory uses diffraction methods to determine the three-dimensional crystal structures of proteins and small molecules such as organic molecules, natural products and inorganic compounds.

Services Offered:

  • X-ray diffraction data collection
  • Preliminary analysis of small molecule and protein crystals
  • Small molecule and protein 3D structure determination using X-ray crystallography
  • Absolute configuration of chiral molecules
  • Assistance with small molecule crystallization
  • Student training in small molecule crystallization and structure determinations
  • Publications and grant applications involving X-ray crystallographic issues
