To place a work request with our lab, please provide the information requested in the applicable form. This information is intended to ensure that we know exactly what you want us to do. The cost estimate we provide will be based on this information.
Instructions
Type directly onto to the Microsoft Word document; it will expand as you type. Please be concise, complete ALL sections, and use 10 point Arial font for readability. Save the document as “Lastname - PSXL Work Request” (without quotes) e-mail it to Dr. Scott Lovell, Director, Protein Structure & X-Ray Crystallography Lab at swlovell@ku.edu.
